About the Role

You manage self-hosted and cloud-based Kubernetes clusters, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, administer Linux, web, and application servers, manage configuration and infrastructure as code, and troubleshoot platform issues using scripting, observability, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer
  • Extensive Linux experience
  • Extensive Kubernetes experience
  • Experience administering self-hosted Kubernetes clusters
  • GCP or AWS cloud experience
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling
  • Python or Bash scripting experience
  • Experience with observability tools
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage self-hosted or cloud-based Kubernetes clusters
  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure
  • Manage Linux, web, and application servers
  • Manage configuration with Puppet or Ansible
  • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform or Terragrunt
