About the Role

You will build and operate backend services and infrastructure for model customization and evaluation workflows. You will improve reliability and incident response, create deployment and observability tooling, build cross-datacenter job orchestration, and integrate services with internal platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years building infrastructure or backend components for production services
• Experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting production Linux and Kubernetes platforms
• Software engineering experience with Python or Go
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud administration experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with hybrid bare-metal and cloud environments preferred
• Experience documenting systems and processes
• Experience across cluster operations, infrastructure automation, and backend service development
• Large-scale, highly reliable production systems experience is valued
• Pipeline orchestration framework knowledge is valued
• GPU workload and HPC cluster experience is valued
• AI training or inference deployment experience is valued
• Networking fundamentals are valued

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems and infrastructure for model customization
• Contribute to platform reliability and participate in on-call incident response
• Create and improve tooling for deployment, continuous integration, and observability
• Build a job orchestration platform across multiple data centers
• Partner with internal service teams to co-design and integrate services
