About the Role
You will own the Primavera P6 master schedule from pursuit through closeout. You will develop logic, critical paths, and schedules from construction documents and dependencies; perform schedule health checks; identify slippage; run scenarios; and create recovery plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Hands-on mastery of Oracle Primavera P6
- Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects
- Knowledge of CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point or similar schedule-quality standards
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications
- Experience integrating long-lead equipment procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into a master schedule
Responsibilities
- Own the Primavera P6 master schedule from pursuit through closeout
- Develop WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical paths
- Run DCMA 14-point schedule health checks and defend schedule logic and float
- Translate drawings, long-lead equipment, utility, and permitting dependencies into construction schedules
- Identify schedule slippage, run what-if scenarios, and develop recovery plans
