About the Role

You will manage Spark deployments from project approval through customer availability. You will own schedules, budgets, resources, site readiness, risks, contractors, reporting, and continuous improvements to the deployment playbook.

Requirements

6 to 8 or more years managing complex capital-intensive infrastructure design and construction projects
Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $100 million
Expertise with scheduling software and critical-path management
Technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering
Experience managing third-party service providers and contracts
Ability to communicate clearly and adapt communication to stakeholders
Ability to influence without formal authority
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for Spark deployments
Create and maintain master schedules and critical-path plans
Coordinate site design, permitting, procurement, and utility interconnection readiness
Identify bottlenecks and maintain mitigation plans
Coordinate internal functions and lead project meetings
Manage third-party contractors and suppliers
Provide executive project-status reporting and support deployment dashboards
Improve the Spark Deployment Playbook and record lessons learned
