About the Role
Lead Ripple's global physical security strategy across access control and video surveillance infrastructure, managing projects, operational support, technical solutions, analytics, automation, system administration, vendor relationships, audits, and regional technical support.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience handling enterprise physical security systems, including access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems such as Avigilon or Alta Open.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT operations supported by experience, education, or certifications such as ITSM, ITIL, or PMP.
- Experience managing people, projects, and vendors with timely, on-budget delivery.
- Strong integrity and ability to manage confidential issues with sound judgment and maturity.
- Determination and ability to develop from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead resource for technical security and support architecture, engineering, and integration of global physical security systems.
- Build, implement, and maintain global technical security infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Develop and enforce global physical security standards and technical specifications.
- Manage the full lifecycle of physical security projects, including roadmaps, budgets, design-build, break-fix, and preventive maintenance.
- Lead vendor relationships and measure third-party contractor and security integrator performance.
- Coordinate system administration, configuration, and software and firmware updates.
- Deploy innovative security solutions using analytics, automation, and advanced data correlation.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of technical security systems.
- Provide expert regional technical support and lead security system change projects.
