About the Role
You lead red team and offensive security initiatives by defining and executing penetration testing roadmaps, designing adversarial simulations, guiding remediation, assessing AI and machine learning deployments, integrating AI security frameworks, developing jailbreaking and stress-testing playbooks, selecting security vendors and bug bounty platforms, advising leadership on threats, and overseeing automated offensive tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in related roles
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- Understanding or experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or finance trading
- Ability to translate technical security issues into clear actions for executives and engineers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, blockchain company, or high-risk trading platform preferred
- Relevant leadership, offensive, defensive, or cloud security certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the annual offensive security roadmap
- Manage internal and external penetration tests
- Design red team campaigns that simulate real-world tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Partner with engineering teams to provide remediation guidance
- Validate security fixes
- Lead security assessments for AI and machine learning deployments
- Integrate AI security frameworks into the security lifecycle
- Develop playbooks for jailbreaking and stress-testing AI agents and infrastructure
- Evaluate and select third-party security vendors and bug bounty platforms
- Advise department heads and engineering leadership on the threat landscape
- Oversee custom scripts and automated offensive tools
