About the Role
You will manage EDR and UEM agents across company endpoints and validate security alerts to identify confirmed threats. You will analyse threat intelligence, develop detection rules, support SOC operations, tune alert thresholds, participate in incident response, maintain security documentation, enforce endpoint compliance, and coordinate bug bounty report triage and audit records.
Requirements
- One year of relevant experience in cybersecurity IT operations or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Management Information Security or a related discipline
- Understanding of common attack techniques and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Basic knowledge of endpoint hardening network security fundamentals and log analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ CySA+ or BTL1 are a plus
- Experience with EDR and UEM solutions such as CrowdStrike SentinelOne JumpCloud or Jamf is a plus
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and IOC management is a plus
- Scripting skills in Python PowerShell or Bash are a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the installation setup and maintenance of EDR and UEM agents across company endpoints
- Triage analyse and validate EDR alerts and escalate confirmed threats
- Analyse threat intelligence feeds and translate IOCs and TTPs into detection rules
- Support daily SOC operations and develop playbooks processes and escalation procedures
- Tune detection rules and alert thresholds to improve detection accuracy
- Participate in containment investigation forensic activities and post-incident reviews
- Maintain security configuration documentation standard operating procedures and coverage metrics
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to enforce endpoint compliance and security policies
- Coordinate bug bounty report triage vulnerability documentation and audit log maintenance
