About the Role
Crusoe is seeking an experienced Physical Security Manager to lead day-to-day GSOC operations, protect people and critical infrastructure, manage security technologies and vendors, develop teams, maintain continuity, support audits, and coordinate executive and employee security services.
Requirements
- 5+ years in GSOC or corporate security operations.
- 2–3+ years leading shift-based teams or managing contract security vendors.
- Experience leading 24/7 multi-shift operations.
- Experience managing contracted security personnel and vendors.
- Knowledge of access control, video analytics, investigative databases, mass notification, and incident-management platforms.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 physical-security controls.
- Experience scaling operations across new sites or regions.
- Strong judgment and decision-making under pressure.
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication.
- Foundational knowledge of computer networking and telecommunications.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead global GSOC operations across all shifts.
- Direct security incident, emergency, and crisis response.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee physical-security and intelligence monitoring.
- Produce threat assessments, intelligence briefs, travel advisories, and incident reports.
- Manage security technology operations and continuous improvement.
- Build and develop the GSOC organization.
- Manage staffing partners, vendors, schedules, performance, and SLAs.
- Develop scalable operating models, playbooks, and procedures.
- Own GSOC operational KPIs and executive reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready records and evidence.
- Support executive travel, special events, and sensitive business activities.
