About the Role

You will build and run the robotics data collection program, from task specifications and rig calibration through quality assurance and delivery validation. You will manage fleet readiness, define data standards, monitor coverage and program metrics, maintain documentation, and resolve rejected-batch issues with floor operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of PM or TPM experience with hardware, data pipelines, or physical workflows
• Experience building data collection or technical operations programs
• Experience owning task specifications, QA programs, and standardization
• Hands-on rig calibration experience
• SQL or Python proficiency
• Experience tracking and improving program metrics
• Experience working cross-functionally with researchers and engineers

Responsibilities

• Manage the rig fleet, including procurement, lifecycle, asset tracking, spares, and vendor relationships
• Own rig calibration cadence and drift detection
• Define data success criteria and rejection rules with the model team
• Author SOPs for floor execution
• Lead new task ramp-up through specifications, pilots, and quality sign-off
• Curate and maintain gold-standard task demonstrations
• Run post-capture QA and pre-delivery validation
• Track dataset diversity and coverage
• Report capture, quality, and delivery metrics to stakeholders
• Manage task specification versioning and related SOP updates
• Own the 48-hour data handoff SLA and metadata completeness
• Investigate rejected batches and close the loop with the floor
• Define and report program-level OKRs
• Own data governance, retention, deletion, and compliance practices
