About the Role
You will provide high-quality, phone-based support to customers in the French market. You will resolve inquiries through phone, ticketing, and live-chat channels; share feedback with internal stakeholders; improve support processes; and collaborate across departments to increase customer satisfaction and NPS.
Requirements
- Proven Customer Care or Sales experience supporting clients by phone or video call.
- Excellent verbal and written French skills at C2 level or equivalent.
- English skills at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests primarily through phone support and occasionally through ticketing and live chat.
- Align daily with your manager to achieve team targets and performance metrics.
- Analyze user feedback and share actionable product and feature insights with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to increase customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
