About the Role
You will own paid acquisition projects from account setup through results. You will launch and scale Meta and TikTok campaigns in restricted verticals, manage moderation risks, test creatives and audiences, optimize budgets against performance targets, and collaborate on funnels, landing pages, and tracking.
Requirements
- Commercial experience running Meta or TikTok ads in restricted verticals
- Practical knowledge of account bans, moderation, and policy limits
- Knowledge of tracking and attribution setup using pixels, CAPI, MMPs, and UTMs
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Working proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Launch, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Manage ad accounts, policy risks, and moderation risks in restricted verticals
- Build and run creative and audience tests
- Turn test results into scaling decisions
- Track CPA, ROAS, and LTV-driven metrics
- Adjust budgets based on performance targets
- Work on funnels, landing pages, and tracking with creatives, product, and analytics
- Lead projects independently from brief to results
