About the Role
You will own the HR technology and people-data roadmap, including systems, integrations, data architecture, automation, analytics, dashboards, and governance. You will turn workforce data into recommendations, lead cross-functional rollouts, ensure lawful employee-data use, and manage and mentor a People Tech and Analytics Engineer.
Requirements
- Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics
- Product mindset for translating HR and employee needs into practical systems
- Experience with HiBob, Deel, Rippling, or similar global HR platforms
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance integrations
- Workflow automation experience with n8n or similar tools
- Experience with LLMs, agents, and APIs
- Forecasting, visualization, and modern data-stack knowledge
- Snowflake or BigQuery experience
- People analytics and workforce-data governance experience
- Working knowledge of GDPR for employee data
- Experience presenting to senior leaders
- Experience managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members
Responsibilities
- Own the people-technology roadmap and HR technology stack
- Manage HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance integrations and data pipelines
- Define people metrics and analyze workforce trends, retention, and organisational health
- Deliver workforce-planning recommendations
- Oversee dashboards, self-service reporting, and conversational insights
- Drive people-data governance with Legal and Privacy
- Own automation and AI roadmaps for people processes
- Build and monitor agents and workflows using models and APIs
- Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through rollout
- Manage and mentor the People Tech and Analytics Engineer
