About the Role
You will build, maintain, and troubleshoot HR-system integrations and data pipelines. You will develop dashboards and workforce analyses, automate people processes using models and APIs, configure and test HR tools, apply data governance, resolve production issues, and create system enablement materials.
Requirements
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or HR technology
- SQL and Python skills
- Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools through APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
- Automation experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, Langdock, or similar tools
- Data warehousing experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
- Modern data-stack experience with dbt or similar tools
- Experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HR-system integrations and data pipelines
- Run data-quality checks and correct source inconsistencies
- Build Metabase dashboards and self-service reporting
- Analyze workforce trends, retention, and organisational health
- Design, test, document, and monitor automated workflows
- Prototype and productionise AI use cases for people processes
- Configure HR-system workflows, fields, roles, permissions, countries, and entities
- Support testing and rollout of system changes and integrations
- Resolve People-team system issues through production
- Implement data governance, access controls, retention rules, and audit trails
- Create Notion enablement materials and tier-1 bot support
