About the Role
You will support PeopleX initiatives, business support, and program delivery. You will analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to identify trends and opportunities. You will collaborate across PeopleX and the business to address people-related problems and help deliver internal employee programs.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Have preferred prior HR internship, co-op, or similar experience
- Demonstrate project coordination and organizational skills
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate effectively across teams
