About the Role
You will identify people and organizational issues based on business strategy and develop HR strategies, priority themes, and roadmaps. You will design evaluation, compensation, employment, promotion, mobility, talent management, and equity compensation systems. You will use people data and AI to define KPIs, validate initiatives, and improve employee experience. You will also design and improve HR processes and systems, including Workday, and lead implementation and change-management projects.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of practical experience in an HR field such as HR planning, HR systems, performance and compensation, labor relations, HRBP, talent development, or organizational development
- Or have experience in corporate planning, business planning, management control, or consulting, including problem definition, strategy and initiative development, and proposals to senior management
- Or have led cross-functional projects related to HR, business-process reform, AI utilization, or system implementation as a PM, PMO, or project lead
Responsibilities
- Identify people and organizational issues based on management and business strategy
- Develop HR strategies, priority themes, and roadmaps
- Design evaluation, compensation, employment, promotion, mobility, talent management, and equity compensation systems
- Analyze HR data, design KPIs, validate initiative effectiveness, and improve employee experience using generative AI
- Design and improve business processes, operating rules, and HR systems such as Workday
- Lead HR-system and policy implementation projects and post-implementation change management
