About the Role

You will lead the development and administration of people systems, reporting, and analytics. You will maintain data quality and security, turn workforce data into actionable insights, improve people processes through automation, and support organisational change with robust analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Systems, HRIS, People Analytics, or workforce reporting.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present meaningful insights to varied audiences.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and management information using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, data quality, and data security.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Successful completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance before starting employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administration of people systems and maintain data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain people dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead continuous improvement of people processes through automation, efficiency, and user-experience improvements.
  • Manage statutory and organisational diversity, workforce, and people-metric reporting.
  • Support people projects and organisational change with workforce data, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Ensure employee-data management complies with GDPR, data-governance standards, and best practice.
