About the Role

You will support the day-to-day administration of Self-Invested Personal Pensions by responding to clients and advisers preparing valuations and calculations monitoring bank accounts logging transactions and maintaining accurate records. You will follow compliance procedures manage your workload and participate in training and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and proactive approach
  • Confidence working with numbers and documents
  • Willingness to learn and develop in financial services
  • Pension administration and SIPP knowledge preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client adviser and internal queries
  • Prepare valuations drawdown calculations and quotations
  • Monitor pension scheme bank accounts and log transactions
  • Maintain accurate scheme records and client files
  • Follow compliance rules and company procedures
  • Support departmental duties and colleagues
  • Participate in training performance reviews and knowledge development
