About the Role
You will oversee payroll processing for more than 120 employees in Iceland, manage payroll and time registration systems, improve payroll processes and procedures, collaborate with the global compensation and benefits function, and analyze local compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Significant experience using Kjarni and/or H3
- Knowledge of time registration systems is a plus
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
