About the Role

You will collect, prepare, and maintain quarterly and annual SEC filings, statutory filings, and international financial reports. You will review reporting requirements, accounting pronouncements, SEC guidance, and regulations to ensure compliance. You will improve and automate reporting processes, prepare related-party procedures and reporting packages, support SOX controls, maintain documentation, assist external auditors, and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • 2+ years of related accounting or financial reporting experience
  • Knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
  • Knowledge of stock-based compensation
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition
  • Knowledge of foreign currency
  • Knowledge of purchase or sale accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Workiva Workday and IBM Planning Analytics TM1
  • Financial and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain information for quarterly and annual Forms 10-Q and 10-K
  • Prepare annual statutory filings for U.S. and international entities
  • Review and interpret financial reporting requirements rules and regulations
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes
  • Prepare and maintain quarterly related-party procedures and updates
  • Prepare board reporting as needed
  • Assist with monthly reporting packages for business leadership
  • Support SOX controls through process documentation and execution
  • Liaise with external auditors on quarterly annual statutory and international reports
  • Review new and existing accounting pronouncements and SEC guidance
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested
