About the Role

You will own key parts of the monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting support. You will also help build audit-ready processes and contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting procedures.

Requirements

Hands-on full-cycle close experience
Experience with journal entries account reconciliations flux analysis and variance commentary
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Experience in a pre-IPO IPO-stage or public company environment preferred
Experience building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
CPA ACA or ACCA qualification active or in progress
Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
Experience with intercompany accounting FX translation and multi-entity consolidation preferred

Responsibilities

Own key components of the monthly close
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Perform flux analysis and variance commentary
Manage intercompany transactions
Support financial reporting
Build audit-ready processes
Contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
