About the Role
You'll design, build, and scale components of a fiat money movement clearing system. You'll build integrations with banks, stablecoin issuers, custodians, and other partners. You'll design and build core product functionality to enable better stablecoin payments products, and help with the everyday tasks that keep a small team running.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building deeply with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking integrations
- Experience scaling a payment system from 0-1 and ideally also 1-10
- Deep understanding of fiat payment rails, including ACH, wires, and RTP
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and scalable system design
- Comfort thriving in ambiguity and taking ownership
