About the Role

You will design, build, and operate scalable money-movement systems across jurisdictions, channels, and asset types. You will develop flows for fiat and stablecoins, reconcile funds, build observability into systems, lead incident response, and improve long-term reliability.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience owning and operating business-critical systems
  • Backend systems experience
  • Experience building APIs, services, and infrastructure
  • Experience with relational databases, including Postgres or MySQL
  • Understanding of transactions, data integrity, and performance tradeoffs
  • Experience with ORMs such as TypeORM or equivalent
  • Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and AWS
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, technical judgment, peer collaboration, and adaptability
  • Financial-domain experience is preferred
  • Experience with stateless systems, asynchronous workflows, distributed services, and cloud infrastructure is preferred
  • Full-stack and high-growth environment experience is preferred
