About the Role
You will oversee day-to-day payment operations to ensure smooth end-user experiences. You will monitor transaction performance, SLAs, settlement flows, and incident trends, and proactively resolve issues affecting client flows. You will drive automation and process standardization, support new market launches and payment route activations, and maintain a comprehensive partner database. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs, payment schemes, and network operators, act as the primary operational contact for partners, and work closely with product and engineering on integrations and issue resolution. You will stay current on payments infrastructure and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in payments operations, fintech, payment partnerships, or financial infrastructure
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proactive and resourceful with willingness to handle simple and complex tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first startup environment
- Web3 curiosity and familiarity with wallets, tokens, or stablecoins (bonus)
Responsibilities

- Maintain and own a comprehensive partner database
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs, payment schemes, and network operators
- Manage operational relationships with PSPs, payment schemes, and network operators
- Act as primary point of contact for partner-related operational issues and escalations
- Collaborate with product and engineering on integrations, roadmap priorities, and issue resolution
- Stay current on payments infrastructure, scheme changes, and regulatory developments
