About the Role
You will own the day-to-day liquidity management and payment execution that powers the Due network. You'll sit at the heart of the core operational loop, acting as the conductor between international banks, corporate vendors, multi-currency wallets, and cross-chain architectures. You'll ensure liquidity is optimally positioned around the globe to enable friction-free client transactions while maintaining extreme precision over operational treasury.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, fintech, banking, consulting, or a similar operational role
- Experience managing payment flows, liquidity, treasury or financial operations
- Familiarity with crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance
- Data analysis skills (advanced excel, intermediate SQL)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Monitor, coordinate, and execute domestic and international payment flows across the global network
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments
- Monitor balances across banks, payment partners, and digital wallets
- Move funds proactively to ensure sufficient liquidity where needed
- Coordinate with banks, payment providers, liquidity partners, and exchanges to resolve operational issues
- Improve payment performance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement controls
- Work with Product and Engineering to automate manual workflows
- Track payment queues, settlement timelines, liquidity levels, and operational risks
- Escalate issues before they impact customers
- Help launch new banking relationships, payment corridors, and operational capabilities
