About the Role
You will oversee daily payment operations covering cash in and out, bill payments, and fiat wallet services. You will supervise team performance, monitor transaction activity and alerts, coordinate issue resolution, manage exceptions and reconciliations, support settlements, improve workflows, prepare new payment features, and maintain operational controls and compliance.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in payments operations settlement banking operations or fintech transaction workflows
- At least 1 year of experience handling a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Operations or a similar field
- Experience managing operational KPIs incident escalations and performance metrics
- Strong analytical documentation and process improvement skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite Excel and operational dashboards
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily payment operations workflows
- Supervise team members and monitor individual and team objectives
- Monitor transaction flows dashboards and alerts
- Coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external partners
- Manage exceptions and coordinate reconciliations
- Support settlement activities
- Review operational metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate testing documentation and training for operational changes
- Maintain internal controls compliance requirements and standard procedures
- Coordinate routine concerns and escalations with banks e-wallets and payment partners
- Complete documentation updates and smaller-scale projects
