About the Role
You will manage the daily operational execution of fiat and crypto transactions, treasury transfers, wallet rebalancing, custody activities, liquidity movements, and payment flows. You will monitor balances, investigate exceptions, maintain operational controls and records, support safeguarding and audits, improve processes through automation, and help implement new payment flows and product initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in payment operations treasury operations or financial operations within a regulated financial institution
- Experience in an EMI bank payment institution VASP CASP or FinTech environment
- Strong understanding of payment operations treasury management liquidity management and operational controls
- Experience operating in a highly regulated environment with strong risk awareness
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance Compliance Risk Product and Engineering teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Familiarity with CSSF regulatory expectations PSD2 and MiCA is preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute daily fiat and crypto payment operations
- Support liquidity management through timely funding and cash movements
- Perform treasury transfers wallet rebalancing and custody operations
- Monitor payment flows cash positions and operational balances
- Investigate and resolve payment settlement and operational exceptions
- Maintain operational controls across payment treasury and digital asset operations
- Support customer funds safeguarding processes
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Support internal audits and regulatory requests
- Drive automation and continuous process improvements
- Support the rollout of new payment flows and operational processes
- Collaborate with Finance Compliance Risk Product Engineering and external stakeholders
