About the Role

You will process deposits and withdrawals across card bank and PayPal methods while following compliance regulations. You will verify payment methods administer payment and banking portals resolve complex payment queries prepare daily reports support audits and communicate across departments. You will also respond to client requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree-level education
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work a shift pattern covering Australian hours from 2:30am to 12:30pm IST
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to establish rapport with people from varied backgrounds
• Logical and analytical approach
• Very good organization and time management skills
• Literacy in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process deposits accurately and efficiently in line with compliance regulations
• Process and release withdrawals across card bank and PayPal payment methods
• Enforce anti-money laundering controls and verify bank statements and payment methods
• Administer payment and banking portals
• Resolve complex payment issues and errors
• Handle daily reports bonuses tax postings and audits
• Communicate across departments to resolve queries
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
