About the Role

You will own relationships for flagship global-health deployments. You will grow and onboard partners, turn clinical and operational needs into practical deployment plans, run structured programs, engage funders, measure health impact, represent the work at convenings, and travel to partner sites across the Global South.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in global health, international development, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience managing external partnerships, grantmaking, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience building programs or organizations from scratch
• Knowledge of major NGOs, foundations, and ministries of health
• Experience working with organizations in low- and middle-income countries
• Understanding of low-connectivity and low-resource deployments
• Technical fluency in AI concepts and LLM capabilities
• Experience building and running structured programs
• Experience with philanthropic foundations on global-health initiatives
• Knowledge of global-health research and evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

• Own relationships for flagship global-health deployments
• Grow existing partnerships and identify and onboard needed partners
• Translate partner clinical and operational needs into deployment plans for low-connectivity environments
• Bring field insights to product, clinical, and research work
• Run accelerators and cohort-based engagements
• Support funder and ecosystem engagement
• Set an impact research agenda and partner with external organizations to study efficacy
• Represent the work at global-health convenings
• Travel to partner sites across the Global South approximately 25% of the time
