About the Role
As the face and voice of Via for our partners, you'll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as your partners' trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. At the same time, you'll be an internal advocate for partners within Via, championing new products and capabilities to help expand each partner's service size and scope.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client facing experience such as consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high growth company
- Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm and collected in highly complex, politically sensitive situations
- Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; able to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into actionable recommendations
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent team player and mentor who views success as a team effort
Responsibilities
- Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners, helping convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities
- Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing growth opportunities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide actionable recommendations that improve service quality, efficiency, and growth
- Negotiate multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue
