About the Role
You will lead partner onboarding, technical enablement, workshops, co-build sessions, and early production deployments. You will create reusable service offerings, reference architectures, prototypes, code samples, implementation guides, and troubleshooting playbooks. You will advise on integrations, APIs, connectors, agents, and extensibility, and turn deployment learnings into product feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a partner engineering, forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, solutions engineering, consulting, professional services, or related technical role
- Experience building or deploying production AI, LLM, or agent-based systems
- Experience writing, debugging, integrating, and deploying production software using APIs, SDKs, authentication patterns, and cloud services
- Engineering fundamentals and coding experience in Python and TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Ability to lead technical workshops, deep dives, or hands-on enablement
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50%
Responsibilities
- Own partner technical success across onboarding, enablement, production deployments, and scaled delivery
- Lead technical trainings, deep dives, workshops, and co-build sessions
- Create repeatable service offerings, implementation packages, and reference architectures
- Develop partner capability to architect, implement, troubleshoot, and support production solutions
- Provide expertise for partner-led services involving agent development, custom connectors, integrations, and platform extensibility
- Build reusable demos, workshops, prototypes, reference implementations, code samples, and deployment patterns
- Translate deployment learnings into feedback for product and engineering
- Create implementation guides, architecture blueprints, workshops, and troubleshooting playbooks
- Define partner competencies and services motions
- Turn bespoke field work into repeatable best practices
