About the Role
Own the design and execution of joint marketing programs with Plaid's partners, translating business objectives into go-to-market plans, campaigns, enablement, messaging, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including partner or channel marketing
- Experience building joint marketing plans with technology or consulting partners
- Ability to influence partner marketing leadership teams
- Experience shaping joint messaging and translating product positioning into partner-ready content
- Ability to measure and improve marketing investment ROI through an indirect or partner business model
- Understanding of the partner channel funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle
- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
- Experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience in payments, financial technology, Credit, Lending, or Banking
- Experience with partner, revenue, or sales enablement
- Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Experience with learning management systems and employee enablement intranet platforms
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Glean
Responsibilities
- Partner with Partnership Leaders to identify marketing opportunities
- Translate business objectives into go-to-market plans
- Develop partner-led propositions
- Create and execute co-marketing campaigns
- Develop scalable content campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
- Act as the primary go-to-market contact for partners
- Create partner-ready decks, guides, FAQs, and onboarding content
- Ensure partners are launch-ready
- Translate product areas into partner-relevant messaging
- Align stakeholders across partnerships, account management, product marketing, and communications
- Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies
- Monitor and report program performance
