About the Role
You will enable global systems integrator partners to deploy and scale Devin and Windsurf across customer environments. You will lead hands-on technical training, support pilots and early production deployments, resolve complex integrations, and translate field feedback into product and partner-readiness improvements.
Requirements
- STEM degree and strong engineering foundation
- Exceptional academic, professional, or entrepreneurial performance
- Experience working with large engineering teams
- Strong communication skills with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
- Tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including to India and partner or customer sites
- Advanced proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python or TypeScript
- Experience writing, debugging, and deploying production systems
- Experience with SI or GSI delivery models, enterprise software deployments, or large-scale developer platforms
Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of GSI partners through onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin and Windsurf
- Understand partner delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases
- Enable repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin and Windsurf
- Lead hands-on technical training, workshops, and deep dives
- Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments
- Resolve complex integrations, security reviews, CI/CD environments, and enterprise workflows
- Build relationships with partner technical leaders
- Capture partner feedback to influence product roadmap, packaging, and readiness
- Identify partner capability gaps and coordinate solutions with internal teams
