About the Role

Own contract intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs, support UK lawyers with drafting and legal work, coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through execution while maintaining speed, precision, and commercial soundness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience recommended in a transactional or corporate practice group or in-house commercial legal team
  • Hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with a builder's mindset
  • Exposure to private capital, fund structures, or investor onboarding workflows is a strong plus
