About the Role
You will launch, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. You will manage targeting, budgets, tracking, reporting, testing, and quality assurance while partnering on creative and product launches and improving campaign workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Knowledge of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization
- Experience with creative testing and media execution
- Experience building campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to interpret performance data
- Project management skills
- Attention to detail for campaign trafficking and quality assurance
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Operate paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, quality assurance, reporting, and optimization
- Turn performance data into creative, targeting, and testing recommendations
- Own campaigns and product launches from briefing through analysis and reporting
- Partner with creative, product marketing, and analytics teams
- Develop testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
- Maintain campaign documentation, measurement, and governance
- Improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools
- Develop channel planning and paid acquisition strategy
