About the Role
You will provide empathetic, high-touch support for active customers and resolve complex issues. You will hold personalized conversations about customers' financial goals, explain investment products, support customers using options, margin, crypto, and futures, share feedback with internal stakeholders, and improve outreach and support workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or in a licensed financial services environment
- FINRA Series 7 license
- FINRA Series 63 license
- Obtain FINRA Series 3 and Series 66 licenses if not already held
- Proficiency in multi-leg options strategies, margin trading, cryptocurrencies, and futures
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools and feedback systems such as Salesforce and Slack
