About the Role
You will provide customer support through phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts. You will address questions ranging from simple to complex, including equities, margin, and options trading issues, while identifying feedback that improves the customer experience.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver support through phone and written channels.
- Ability to defuse customer anxiety through customer service.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize work in a multitasking environment.
- Schedule flexibility, including possible evenings and weekends.
