About the Role

You will oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, coordinate governance and risk assessments, monitor provider performance, support regulatory submissions and board reporting, assess new engagements, mitigate supplier risks, improve workflows, and connect regulatory strategy with operational execution.

Requirements

  • Experience with technology governance, regulatory compliance, or operational resilience controls
  • Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks including EMRs, MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, and DORA
  • Experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monitoring and reviews of outsourcing arrangements
  • Measure outsourced provider performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Prepare assessment reports and trend analysis
  • Support regulatory submissions and supervisor communications
  • Prepare board and committee materials
  • Maintain outsourcing policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Operational Risk, and audit
  • Provide outsourcing guidance and training
  • Assess proposed engagements
  • Participate in due diligence and provider assessments
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risks
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and MSAs
  • Improve processes and workflows
  • Deploy generative AI tools
  • Lead cross-functional working groups
  • Support product teams with MiCAR analysis
  • Deliver updates to executives and the board
  • Partner with Vendor Management
