About the Role
You will manage operational risks and incidents, conduct risk assessments, support third-party risk management throughout the vendor lifecycle, develop the process landscape, facilitate criticality assessments for DORA obligations, test business continuity plans, and improve risk processes.
Requirements
- Experience with operational risk in a financial institution
- Exposure to risk assessments, controls, business continuity, third-party management, and procurement
- Familiarity with ICT third-party risk management under DORA is a plus
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape for licensed financial institutions
- Technical understanding of processes and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take ownership
Responsibilities
- Manage operational risks and incidents
- Run risk assessments and turn findings into business-oriented actions
- Support vendor lifecycle activities including procurement, vendor registry maintenance, reassessments, and exit planning and testing
- Develop the process landscape and facilitate criticality assessments
- Support Business Continuity Plan testing
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement
