About the Role
You support global licensing, market-entry, and product expansion strategy while overseeing technology and operational governance across regulated entities. You coordinate change assessments, readiness, testing, validation, reporting, and remediation, and connect regulatory compliance with commercial opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or IT risk management
- Understanding of operational risk, IT audit, technology governance, operational resilience, procurement, IT general controls, change management, testing, and validation
- Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Understanding of business and financial models
- Familiarity with operational resilience, outsourcing, technology risk, MiCAR, DORA, PSD2, or E-Money Regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Data, and Operations
- Organisational and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Support IT general control oversight and technology governance
- Assess and manage risks from system, infrastructure, process, and data changes
- Operate and enhance technology change management and operational resilience governance
- Maintain governance documentation and critical systems inventories
- Review IT general controls and validation processes
- Investigate and remediate control issues and operational incidents
- Develop workflow tooling and data governance controls
- Implement technology and operational risk metrics
- Support governance reporting, audit evidence, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate regulated entities and Group functions
- Execute license operations strategy
- Build models for product launches, market entries, and licensing pathways
- Translate regulatory milestones into business opportunities
- Evaluate strategic partnerships and outsourcing arrangements
- Research regulatory regimes and provide recommendations
- Maintain governance calendars and support Board reporting
