About the Role
You will work under the Chief Risk Officer to improve the risk management framework and drive practical operations across the risk management function. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor and improve controls, support business teams with risk consultations, develop and promote business continuity plans, manage internal regulations, and prepare reports for executive meetings. You will help strengthen governance in the crypto and Web3 sector while supporting operational improvements and future global expansion.
Requirements
- At least approximately 3 years of practical experience in risk management, compliance, or internal controls at an operating company
- Practical experience in administrative management, operations planning, or operations management
- Practical experience in corporate management or business process design at an operating company
- Practical experience in risk advisory at a consulting firm or audit firm
- Experience conducting operational audits or monitoring in an internal audit department
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments for businesses and operational processes
- Monitor individual risks and support improvement activities
- Respond to risk consultations from business teams and provide operational support
- Develop and promote business continuity plans and support training exercises
- Establish, revise, manage, and optimize internal regulations
- Prepare and support reporting materials for executive meetings
- Drive other risk management activities
