About the Role
You will own KYB and AML onboarding casework for entity and enterprise clients across Direct and FaaS products. You will progress applications, communicate with clients, coordinate with internal stakeholders, handle escalations, use AI-assisted tools, improve workflows, and contribute to quality assurance and service standards.

Responsibilities
- Own KYB and AML onboarding casework
- Review and progress onboarding applications end to end
- Communicate application status and request documentation
- Advocate for clients internally
- Partner with Sales, Customer Growth, Implementation, and Compliance
- Use AI-assisted tools in daily casework
- Handle escalations and edge cases
- Improve onboarding processes and workflow quality
- Contribute to QA practices and SLA standards
- Support knowledge transfer and operational transition
