About the Role

You will design and implement the Critical Business Services Framework, align resilience practices with regulatory standards, model service dependencies, establish governance and quality assurance, coordinate enterprise resilience activities, and monitor adoption through dashboards and metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or operational risk in financial services or market infrastructure
  • Understanding of Critical Business Services and Critical Operations under CPS 230, ASIC MIRs, and RBA FSS
  • Experience designing and maintaining criticality frameworks, standards, or governance models
  • Knowledge of process mapping and dependency modelling tools such as ServiceNow or Signavio
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Experience with financial market infrastructure
  • Familiarity with resilience testing, scenario analysis, and impact-tolerance setting
  • Industry certification such as CBCI, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement the Critical Business Services Framework
  • Align the framework with ASIC MIRs, RBA FSS, and APRA CPS 230
  • Define and maintain the enterprise data model for critical business services
  • Establish governance and quality-assurance routines
  • Partner with Technology Resilience, Enterprise Risk, and Operations teams
  • Roll out resilience frameworks and policies
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, impact tolerances, and metrics
  • Lead the business resilience framework lifecycle
