About the Role
Join the OTC division to support international trading operations through trading-tool development, liquidity management, fund-flow optimization, automation, and RFQ process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in the crypto OTC sector, ideally at a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Experience managing diverse institutional relationships across cultures.
- Proven ability to form and guide high-performance sales teams.
- Deep enthusiasm for and knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement trading tools.
- Monitor and refine trading tools for changing market conditions and business needs.
- Develop and manage liquidity-management tools.
- Collaborate with finance and trading teams on liquidity strategies.
- Analyze and optimize fund flows across trading and operational accounts.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize returns and minimize operational risks.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive trading and liquidity-management tasks.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention, improve speed, and minimize errors.
- Support development and optimization of the RFQ process.
- Integrate RFQ tools with existing trading platforms in collaboration with trading and technology teams.
