Founded in 2006, Techstars backs early-stage startups through mentorship-driven accelerator programs, investment, founder support, and community initiatives. Accepted companies receive capital, intensive three-month mentorship, partner benefits, and long-term access to Techstars’ global network. Techstars serves founders and startups across multiple industries and geographies, as well as mentors, investors, corporate partners, universities, governments, and startup communities.

About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operations of the Techstars Amsterdam accelerator program and make sure every need of the program and its founders is met. You will plan activities, meetings and events, coordinate with speakers and mentors, manage orders and logistics, and run the program's LinkedIn presence. No job is too big or too small — you will pitch in wherever the program team and founders need you, and occasionally support the Managing Director with special projects like investor communications and founder business development.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a fast-paced project or program management focused position
- Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital
- Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience
- Experience in event planning and event logistics
- Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
- Comfortable with minimal direction but high expectations
- Fits the Techstars culture (people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, creative)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Authorized to work in the Netherlands
- Currently live in the Amsterdam area
Responsibilities
- Engage with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events that drive them toward success
- Execute program operations including scheduling, speaker coordination, in-person logistics, and material orders
- Coordinate mentor scheduling and manage the mentor-founder matching process
- Follow best practices and execute the program's outlined content and curriculum
- Support event planning and own operational execution of events including program trips and Demo Day
- Manage the program's LinkedIn page by posting updates and highlighting founder successes
- Support the Managing Director with special projects including investor network communications and founder business development
- Represent Techstars in the local community
