About the Role

Manage integration programs across acquisitions from due diligence and transaction execution through post-close planning and delivery. Coordinate workstreams, translate deal theses into operational plans, track synergies and risks, align stakeholders, and improve integration frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience driving M&A integrations at a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Fluency in integration methods, synergy frameworks, and governance models
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
  • Ability to drive stakeholder engagement through lengthy integrations
  • Clear communication across organizational levels
  • Experience with IT and systems integration
  • Experience with HR and people integration

Responsibilities

  • Execute integration programs across multiple acquisitions
  • Lead the integration lifecycle from diligence through post-close execution
  • Drive workstream execution across product engineering, G&A, and value creation
  • Translate deal theses into operational plans aligned to synergy targets and milestones
  • Maintain synergy tracking systems and hold functional teams accountable to timelines
  • Identify and extract emerging post-close synergy opportunities
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across corporate development, product, engineering, finance, operations, compliance, and legal
  • Maintain visibility into risks, timelines, interdependencies, and value realization
  • Improve integration frameworks, templates, and operating rhythms
