About the Role

You will research generation assets, gas infrastructure, and power markets; maintain target lists; and support outreach. You will manage the opportunity pipeline, conduct feasibility diligence, build financial models, prepare opportunity materials, and coordinate shared diligence with related functions.

Requirements

  • Two to five or more years of experience in energy, power markets, infrastructure investment banking or private equity, project development, or market research
  • Analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to synthesize technical, commercial, and market data into recommendations
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States
  • Ability to be insurable under the vehicle insurance policy

Responsibilities

  • Research generation assets, gas infrastructure, and power-market fundamentals
  • Build and maintain target lists and support outreach campaigns
  • Manage the outbound opportunity pipeline, tracking, reporting, and data hygiene
  • Support feasibility diligence across land, gas supply, water, permitting, and interconnection
  • Perform financial modeling and scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Prepare opportunity memos, market analyses, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate shared diligence with Site Origination and Utility and Energy teams
