About the Role
You will support project managers in advancing on-chain finance projects with financial institutions and major enterprises. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage tasks, schedules, progress, delivery dates, and project materials, clarify issues and requirements, and help form agreement among participants. You will work with product and engineering teams and collaborate with colleagues in Tokyo, New York, and Singapore.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- Native-level Japanese
- Ability or willingness to communicate in English
- Experience advancing work while communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Basic presentation and document-creation skills using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
- Ability to deliver assigned tasks with responsibility for deadlines and quality
