About the Role
You will acquire and upgrade clients to the Treasures segment, grow their assets under management, and strengthen existing relationships. You will meet revenue targets, cross-sell banking products, activate digital channels, resolve customer issues, and uphold service, risk, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a reputed bank
- Proficiency in banking products
- Knowledge of local markets and competition
- Graduate education
- AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, or BCSBI certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Acquire and upgrade clients to the Treasures segment
- Retain customers and grow assets under management
- Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives
- Activate digital banking channels and grow savings books
- Implement product strategies through relationship management
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services
- Deliver customer service and resolve queries and complaints
- Conduct due diligence and ensure internal and regulatory compliance
