About the Role

As Office Manager, you will support the activities of the Japan office. You will handle daily office work while also looking for ways to improve how things are done, contributing ideas that make the workplace run more smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of office supplies, business card orders, and mail handling, as well as back office tasks like processing invoices and expenses, managing contracts and internal documents in coordination with the legal team, and supporting onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and annual health check arrangements. You'll also support events, coordinate with the Seoul APAC office via email and chat, welcome guests, and help set up IT equipment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded mindset able to tackle various assignments
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms (preferred)
  • Experience in high-growth or start-up environments, preferably with a global focus (preferred)
  • Skills to work efficiently through learning and improving, such as automating tasks (preferred)
