About the Role

You will sit at the center of the firm's financial, operational, and coordination workflows. You will act as an internal operator and execution lead, ensuring that finance, people operations, and cross-functional initiatives run with structure, discipline, and reliability. You will enable the founders and senior bankers to focus on clients, transactions, and strategy by owning the internal backbone of the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, investment banking, venture, or a high-performance startup environment
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership is strongly preferred
  • Strong organisational and execution skills with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with external advisors
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy, high-expectation environment
  • Familiarity with professional services, finance, or digital assets is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface with external accountants, tax advisors, payroll providers, and other operational partners
  • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, invoicing discipline, and basic management reporting
  • Own expense management, reimbursements, and core internal financial processes
  • Own employee and contractor agreements, including templates, updates, and coordination with legal counsel
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation, access, and internal setup are handled cleanly
  • Serve as the central coordination point for people-related operational topics
  • Drive internal operational and strategic projects that cut across teams, including new processes, tools, and structures
  • Support internal planning sessions, offsites, and leadership discussions through preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Ensure execution discipline on cross-functional initiatives owned by the leadership team
  • Own the internal business development operating rhythm, including outreach tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
  • Maintain a single source of truth across CRM, spreadsheets, or internal tools
  • Organise recurring pipeline reviews and accountability check-ins across the team
